If you were a Facebook user in the United States between May 24, 2007, and December 22, 2022, inclusive, you may be eligible for a cash payment from a Class Action Settlement.

UPDATE: On October 10, 2023, following a hearing, the United States District Court for the Northern District of California issued an Order Granting Motion for Final Approval of Settlement, an Order Awarding Attorneys’ Fees, Expenses, and Service Awards and a Final Judgment. Despite the Court’s Order granting both Motions, and overruling the Objections filed, two Objectors have filed Notices of Appeals, which can be viewed in the Important Documents tab (see documents dated November 9, 2023). Settlement payments cannot be distributed to eligible claimants until the appeals are resolved. The time frame for resolving an appeal can vary widely, and we will know more as the appeals proceed.
